Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Consultancy : 

  1. Session Booking and Confirmation
  • All sessions must be booked in advance.
  • The astrologer will finalize the date and time of each session.
  • Clients will receive a confirmation of the session timings before making any payment.
  • Upon confirmation, clients are required to pay the full session amount and share the receipt via email or WhatsApp.
  • Any changes in the schedule from the astrologer’s side will be notified beforehand.
  • If clients need to reschedule, they must inform at least 2 hours before the session. A new time slot will be provided based on availability.
  1. Payment Policy
  • Part payments are not accepted. If part payment is made, it will be refunded, and the session will be cancelled.
  • No refunds will be provided once a session is booked.
  1. Session Duration
  • The duration of each session will be specified at the time of booking.


For Products: 

  1. Order and Payment
  • All orders must be placed online through our website.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm the order.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
  • No cash on delivery (COD) option is available.
  1. Order Confirmation
  • Once payment is received, an order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
  • If payment is unsuccessful or incomplete, the order will be canceled automatically.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery times vary based on location, with estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.


7-Day Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return
  • Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if they are unsatisfied with their purchase.
  • Only items that are in their original, unused condition with original packaging are eligible for a return.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any returns to ensure product authenticity and condition upon arrival.
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact customer support within 7 days, providing the unboxing video and details of the issue.
  • Once approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  1. Refunds
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper care by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Any return request without the mandatory unboxing video will not be accepted
